Born and raised in San Diego, California, Wayne Vinas graduated from Mira Mesa High School in 1992 and San Diego State University in 1999. His father was in the U.S. Navy for 30 years and his family also lived on the east coast and Europe. He has been all over the world and the one place he wanted to plant his roots was here in beautiful San Diego, California.
Wayne’s real estate career began in 2003 as a Loan Officer and shortly after, he obtained his license in 2004. By 2005, he was already the Top Producer at Sapphire Realty. He has 17 years of professional consulting and negotiating experience including working as an Insurance Agent and a Medical Device Rep.
